Please request refills one week in advance!

Refills will not normally be ready the same day requested!

3 ways to refill:

  1. Access your patient portal and request/refill prescriptions in "My Health" on the sidebar
  2. Leave a detailed voice message on the pharmacy refill line. Include patient name, date-of-birth, and name of each medication requested
  3. Come in person to the clinic and check in at the front desk

Tips for refills:

  • Provide specific list of drug names and the dosage (or you will get a call back and refills will take longer to fill)
  • Take pictures of prescription bottles to remember the drug names and dosages
  • Ask for a printout of your medications prescribed at your appointment
  • For refill request voicemails - speak clearly and include patient name, date-of-birth, and name of each medication requested
